This dress comes with a full twirly skirt and flutter sleeves, perfect for spinning around in the sunshine or at a party! This also looks superb with a long sleeved top underneath to keep arms warm in cooler weather. These work best made from jersey, which is a high quality cotton lycra material (95% cotton 5% lycra for plenty of stretch).
